AFE wants to know if the League can test players

first_imgIn this sense, the same order states the following:Second. Requirements for the performance of diagnostic tests for the detection of COVID-19. The indication for carrying out diagnostic tests for the detection of COVID-19 must be prescribed by a physician in accordance with the guidelines, instructions and criteria agreed to that effect by the competent health authority.Third. Notification of confirmed COVID-19 cases. 2. Likewise, any entity of public or private nature that, in relation to the diagnostic tests for the detection of COVID-19, acquires swabs for sampling, virus transport medium, inactivation reagents, acid extraction kits. nucleic or PCR reactions, or rapid diagnostic tests, must inform the competent health authority of the autonomous community in which they are located and / or provide their services, with express indication of the type of material, number of units purchased and use destination. 3. The information referred to in this section must be communicated as soon as possible, with the competent health authority of each autonomous community being responsible for establishing the specific procedure for its referral. 4. The autonomous communities will transfer to the Ministry of Health, when it requires it, the information referred to in this section that it requests. Once this information has been received, the Ministry of Health may adopt, where appropriate, the appropriate measures in response to criteria of necessity and urgency, with the aim of guaranteeing the principles of equity and cohesion.AFE also asks the administration, regarding the state of alarm, that “rule for legal certainty for those affected in this case. Due to the sense of co-responsibility that soccer players have always expressed in a matter of which they are aware, it produces controversy in a society whose pandemic has caused thousands of victims. Public health is not a matter of some, nor of others, but of the whole of society. As workers, footballers will comply with the prescriptions indicated by the clubs from occupational hazards. AND from AFE it is absolutely necessary that the Government clarify this issue of the tests“ The Association of Spanish Soccer Players (AFE) reports that it has contacted again, through two letters, the Ministry of Health, chaired by Salvador Illa, and the Higher Sports Council (CSD) to convey their concern, as well as that of the players, about whether the clubs can subject their footballers to the COVID-19 test. In addition, to convey his concern about the return to training. He already made this same request on April 22. For this reason, ask a simple question to Health and the CSD: “Can you tell us if the clubs are authorized to carry out tests before returning to the activity at this time?”This is the statement issued by the soccer team: “AFE again conveys the concern of the First and Second Division footballers about returning to training and testing, understanding that this decision should be taken by the Government. AFE rejects, in this sense of responsibility with our society, any type of stigmatization when the matter in question affects public health, remembering that other championships and competitions of other soccer categories, of both sexes, which are not mentioned and are also affected, are also affected. “Therefore, AFE wants to emphasize: “That the soccer players have stated in the meetings they have had with this union that, in their opinion, they consider that there are other groups that need more than they do the test and access to other sanitary material at this time. Our association underlines in its writings that footballers are fully committed to our society, and therefore asks a simple question to the Ministry and the CSD: “Can you tell us if the clubs are authorized to carry out tests before returning to the activity at this time?” And if so, “can you tell us the authorizations for this purpose?”For this reason, the AFE statement continues, rRoyal Decree 463/2020, dated March 14, agrees in both writings: “Taking into account article 12.4, the competent delegated authorities may adopt measures to determine the best distribution in the territory of all technical and personal resources, in accordance with the needs that become apparent in the management of this health crisis. Specifically, in that Order SND / 344/2020, of April 13, it is stated that “likewise, the carrying out of diagnostic tests for the detection of COVID-19 is limited to those cases in which there is a prior prescription by a doctor and comply with criteria established by the competent health authority“last_img read more

Alternate Directory delete file types on Windows

first_imgAlternate Directory: delete file types on Windows by Martin Brinkmann on September 18, 2017 in Software – 1 commentAlternate Directory is a free program for Microsoft Windows that you may use to find and delete files of specific types on connected storage devices. The program has been designed to remove unneeded file types, for instance temporary file types or files that are created automatically.Handy to remove thumbs.db or Spotlight V-100 files on removable Flash drives. While you may remove files manually at any time, using software is often more comfortable as you can run the operation on the entire drive or even system.Alternate DirectoryAlternate Directory can be run right after installation. First thing you may want to do after program start is to click on options. The program lists all file types that it scans the selected path or drives for on the options page. Alternate Directory ships with three presets called standard, advanced and critical, and an option to edit the file type listing to add, edit or remove file types manually.Standard is the default preset, and it alone includes several dozen file types that the program will scan the selected path for. Advanced and critical add more file types to the scan, but should be used with care. Critical includes HTML, JPG or XLS file types for instance which you may not want removed from the system. The preferences page lists options to exclude folders from the scan, and to add folders that you want cleared completely whenever the program runs. The remaining options include ignoring write protection, including zero-byte files, and to remember selected folders. The program’s main interface lists several configuration options on top of that. You select the drive and folder that you want scanned, or check to scan all drives, there for instance.Alternate Directory displays delete dialogs and deletes to the recycle bin by default. What you may want to do is select the diagnosis button first once you have configured the path and options displayed there. Diagnosis processes the selected path or paths in simulation mode. The program returns the files that it found during the scan, but won’t delete them in this mode. This is useful to find out how much disk space you would restore when deleting those files, and how many files would be deleted altogether.  Diagnosis does not list the files however that will get deleted. You may select the clean drive button afterwards to run another scan, this time however with the option to have matching file types deleted automatically by Alternate Directory. If you did not remove the checkmark from “display delete dialogs”, you will be prompted for each file. This is the safer option, as you get the full file name and path and can decide on a file on file basis whether to keep it or to delete it.Closing WordsAlternate Directory is a specialized program that is well designed for a very specific purpose. Other cleaning programs, CCleaner for instance, support the deletion of select file types as well. If you use those already, you may prefer using the programs that you are using already over using yet another program.Summary12345 Author Ratingno rating based on 0 votes Software Name Alternate DirectoryOperating System WindowsSoftware Category AdminstrationLanding Page Advertisementlast_img read more
